01 Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your items, choose the size, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — elegant gift wrapping is available for a small additional fee at checkout. Each gift is wrapped with care, making it perfect for baby showers, christenings, and birthdays.
02 Products & Sizing
Where are your clothes made?
Our clothing is designed and crafted in Spain, following the rich tradition of European children's fashion. We work directly with Spanish manufacturers who share our commitment to quality, detail, and premium materials.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use premium European linen, organic cotton, and soft cotton blends. All our fabrics are carefully selected for their softness, breathability, and durability — perfect for delicate baby skin. Specific material information is listed on each product page.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements by age and weight. Spanish sizes may differ slightly from American sizes, so we recommend checking measurements rather than going by age alone. When in between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
What age range do your clothes cover?
Our collection covers newborns (0 months) through toddlers (up to 24 months), with select styles available in sizes up to 4T. We offer special categories for newborn sets, everyday wear, and ceremony & christening outfits.
How should I care for the garments?
Most of our garments can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water. We recommend air drying for linen pieces to maintain their shape and softness. Specific care instructions are included on each garment's label and product page.
03 Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $5.99. Express and overnight options are also available. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers the next business day. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping — follow us on Instagram for updates.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email to follow your package in real time.
04 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details and instructions.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely. Email us at info.agubaby@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll guide you through the exchange process and get the right size to you as quickly as possible.
