Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Rates & Delivery times
Orders placed before 12pm EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship next business day.
Order tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships. Track your package in real time via the link in the email or your account.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day return policy
If something isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
How to return
- Email us at info.agubaby@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.
- Drop your package at any USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship the new piece as soon as we receive the original — no extra shipping cost for exchanges.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the refund.
A few exceptions
Final sale items (marked as such on the product page) and gift cards are non-refundable.
For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll make it right immediately.
